摘要
电阻焊质量在线评估的一种有效方法是对焊接过程中的重要物理量进行实时采集处理和显示。讨论了用VB6.0编程,实现工控计算机和80C196单片机之间的串行通信,以及动态曲线的生成和显示,从而对焊接电流和电极压力进行实时监测。联机试验所生成的波形图反映了三相次极整流点焊的动态焊接过程,可以作为判断焊接质量和焊机系统工作状况的重要依据,为点焊质量多参数联合监控奠定了基础。
An effective way for online quality evaluation of resistance welding is to acquire important data and display them as dynamic curves during welding. Visual Basic 6.0 were used to realize communication between industrial computer and 80C196 micro-processor, and also the generation and display of the dynamic curves.The curves displayed reflect the dynamic welding process,based on which the welding quality and the operation status of the system can be monitored. This work lays a foundation for multiple-parameter monitoring of spot welding quality.
