摘要 对湘钢采用TMCP工艺及TMCP+550℃回火工艺开发的超高强度船板E690进行金相分析、拉伸试验和冲击试验。结果表明:采用该工艺生产的E690钢板屈服强度达到700 MPa、-40℃冲击功达到200 J以上,具有良好的强韧性匹配。回火后强度略有上升,冲击裂纹扩展功占总功的比例降低,断口由韧性断裂转变为韧脆混合断裂模式。 The thesis carries out metallographic examination,tensile test and impact test on the newly developed E690 Ultra High Strength Hull Plate produced by TMCP and TMCP+550 ℃ tempering process in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.The results show that the yield strength can reach 700 MPa and A_(KV) at-40 ℃ can reach 200 J.The steel plate is of good strength and toughness.The strength of the steel raises slightly,the proportion of the crack propagation energy to the total absorbed energy decreases after tempering,and the fracture mode transforms from ductile fracture before tempering to brittle-ductile mixed fracture after tempering.
