摘要
雨水径流有明显的初期冲刷作用,一般情况下,污染物大多集中在初期雨水中。当遇到降雨时,地面的污染物被冲洗下来,使得初期径流雨水中含有一定浓度的污染物,其一般达不到排放标准。因此,必须对初期雨水进行收集和处理,以减少对周围水体的不利影响。本文介绍了初期雨水的概念及污染程度,探讨了在建设项目环境影响评价中初期雨水的计算方法,并举例进行讨论说明。
The rainfall runoff has obvious initial scour, generally, the pollutants are concentrated in the initial rain water When rainfall is encountered, the pollutants on the ground are washed down, making the initial runoff water containing a certain concentration of pollutants, which generally does not meet the discharge standards. Therefore, initial rainwater must be collected and treated to reduce the adverse effects on surrounding water bodies. This paper introduces the concept and the degree of pollution of the initial rainwater, discusses the calculation method of the initial rainwater in the environmental impact assessment of the construction project, and makes an example to explain.
