摘要
严重内涝的发生使人们排水理念已由"尽快把水排出去"转变为"尽量把水留下来"。留下来的水可资源化和降低排水管道的负荷,改善生态环境。现通过分析兰州市内涝成因,列出了渗透地面、绿色屋顶、植草沟、生物滞留设施四项工程措施,建设海绵城市,并提出了具体工程做法,有利于减少雨水径流,降低初期雨水对河流生态的污染。
The serious waterlogging makes the drainage concept have changed from the 'to discharge the water as fast as possible' into 'to try to retain the water' which can be resource-based,reduce the load of the drainage pipe and improve the ecological environment.The four engineering measures of infiltrated ground,green roof,planting grass ditch and biological detention facilities are listed to construct the sponge city through the analysis of waterlogging causes in Lanzhou City.The detailed engineering method is proposed,which is beneficial to reduce the rainwater runoff and the pollution of initial rainwater to the river ecology.
