摘要
城镇化的快速发展带动了经济持续增长,促进了社会全面进步,同时也带来了严重的暴雨积涝灾害。低影响开发(LID)技术在暴雨管理方面的应用,不仅能明显改善环境及水质,更好地适应气候变化,并且具有更经济的投资成本。国内关于LID技术应用的经济评价较少,学习分析国外LID实施案例的经济效益,可为其在我国系统推广建设提供借鉴。
The rapid development of urbanization lets the sustainable economic growth, promotes the all-round social progress, and also brings the serious rainstorm waterlogging disaster. The application of LID technology in the rainstorm management can not only obviously improve the environment and water quality better to adapt the climatic change, but also have the more economic investment cost. There is a little economic evaluation on the application of LID technology in China. The study and analysis of the economic benefit of foreign LID implementation cases can provide the reference for its systemic popularization and construction in China.
