摘要
针对模具专业存在的问题、课程体系的现状和目前市场人才的需求,以黎明职业大学为例,通过科学制定培养方案、加强实验室建设、校企合作共同开发课程,完成创新创业课程内容的更新,形成较为完善的课程体系。实践表明:基于工作过程系统化构建模具专业课程体系和实践教学体系,使高职院校办学方向更符合模具行业的实际需求与技术发展,为人才培养、实训基地建设和教学改革提供有力依据。
In view of the existed problems, the current condition of the curriculum system, and the market demand of the Mould Specialty, this paper, taking Liming Vocational University as an example, puts forward the following countermeasures： working out a scientific and reasonable talent training program, strengthening laboratory construction, developing jointly the curriculum by school and enterprises, updating the curriculum content of innovation and entrepreneurship, and forming a complete curriculum system. The practice has shown that, based on the work process systematization, the curriculum system and practical teaching system of the Mould Specialty would meet the requirements and technological development of the mould industry in the aspect of education orientation of higher vocational colleges, which would provide a strong basis for the talent training, the training bases construction and the teaching reform.
