摘要
目的研究七氟烷联合丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉在脊柱侧弯矫形术中的麻醉效果,探讨七氟烷联合丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉在临床上的可行性与价值。方法选取在医院行脊柱侧弯矫形术青少年患者208例,随机分为对照组与实验组,各104例。实验组采用七氟烷联合丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉,对照组采用丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉,比较两组手术指标、心率、血压以及拔管时间和苏醒时间等指标的变化。结果两组术中出血量和手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05),但实验组术后拔管时间和麻醉苏醒时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。在T1到T5的5个时间点,两组血压和心率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);但是,在此后的3个时间点,与对照组比较,实验组的血压恢复更快,心率较低(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷联合丙泊酚静吸复合麻醉应用于脊柱侧弯矫形术,可以明显缩短患者的苏醒时间,更有利于维持术中血流动力学稳定,安全性更高,术后恢复更快,值得推广。
Objective To study the anesthetic effects of sevoflurane combined with propofol inhalational anesthesia in seoliosis surgery and explore the clinical feasibility and value of sevoflurane combined with propofol inhalational anesthesia. Methods A total of 208 teenagers to receive scoliosis surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group (n=104, respectively). Sevoflurane combined with propofol inhalational anesthesia was used in the experiment group and the total intravenous anesthesia with propofol in the control group. The changes in such indicators as operative parameters, heart rate, blood pressure, extubation time and recovery time between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and the operation time between the two groups (P 〉 0.05), but the post-operative extubation time and recovery time in the experiment group were much shorter than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). At the five time points from T1 to T5, the blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups showed no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05); however, at the subsequent three time points, the blood pressure in the experiment group restored faster than that in the control group, and the heart rate was lower (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of sevoflurane combined with propofol inhalational anesthesia in scoliosis surgery can significantly shorten the recovery time, is more favorable for maintaining intraoperative hemodynamic stability, ensures higher safety and faster postoperative recovery and is worthy of popularization.
