摘要
目的分析全凭静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉在颅脑损伤手术中应用效果。方法选择该院2018年6月—2020年6月的颅脑损伤手术患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予静吸复合麻醉,观察组采取全凭静脉麻醉。比较两组相关指标情况。结果观察组苏醒时间、恢复自主呼吸时间、拔管时间分别为(5.19±1.51)、(6.21±0.45)、(10.19±1.01)min,明显低于对照组相关指标,差异有统计学意义(t=5.428、13.780、9.390,P<0.05)。观察组手术切皮时平均动脉压和心率(80.52±7.62)mmHg、(72.12±10.39)次/min显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.533、6.319,P<0.05);观察组硬脑膜切除时平均动脉压和心率(78.34±9.45)mmHg、(74.21±10.67)次/min显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.444、7.050,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.56%,低于对照组的25.64%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.573,P<0.05)。结论全凭静脉麻醉在颅脑损伤手术中应用效果较好,可更好维持患者生命体征稳定和加速术后恢复,减少不良反应,安全性更高。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined intravenous anesthesia and intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia in craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing craniocerebral injury surgery in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia,and the observation group was given total intravenous anesthesia.Compared the two sets of related indicators.Results The recovery time,spontaneous respiration time,and extubation time of the observation group were(5.19±1.51)min,(6.21±0.45)min,(10.19±1.01)min,respectively,which were significantly lower than the related indicators of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=5.428,13.780,9.390,P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of(80.52±7.62)mmHg and(72.12±10.39)beats/min in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=7.533,6.319,P<0.05);the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of(78.34±9.45)mmHg,(74.21±10.67)beats/min in the observation group during dural resection were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=9.444,7.050,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.56%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.573,P<0.05).Conclusion Total intravenous anesthesia has a better application effect in craniocerebral injury surgery,which can better maintain the patient's vital signs and accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce adverse reactions,and have higher safety.
