摘要
目的比较急诊与择期经皮微创接骨板(MIPO)技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法选取2012-01—2016-01间郑州仁济医院采用MIPO技术治疗的57例胫骨远端骨折患者。根据不同手术时机分为急诊手术组(29例)和择期手术组(28例)。对2组患者的疗效进行比较分析。结果 2组患者切口愈合情况、手术时间及骨折愈合时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。择期手术组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、治疗费用高于急诊手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊MIPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折,效果与择期手术无明显差异,但可缩短住院时间,减少并发症,节省患者治疗费用。
Objective To compare the efficacy of emergency and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis（ MIPO） technique in the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods From 2012-01 to 2016-01 Zhengzhou Renji Hospital using MIPO technique in treatment of 57 cases of distal tibial fracture patients. According to different operation time,the patients were divided into emergency operation group（ 29 cases） and selective operation group（ 28 cases）. The curative effects of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in incision healing,operation time and fracture healing time between the 2 groups（ P〉0.05）. The complication rate,hospitalization time and treatment cost of the patients in the elective surgery group were higher than those in the emergency operation group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of emergency MIPO technique in the treatment of distal tibial fractures is not significantly different from that of elective surgery,but it can shorten the length of stay,reduce complications and save the cost of treatment
