摘要
目的:观察改良双切口锁定钢板内固定术对胫骨远端骨折患者踝关节功能恢复及并发症发生率的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月-2022年1月景德镇市第五人民医院收治的60例胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,依据手术方式差异分为传统组(28例,传统手术)与改良双切口组(32例,改良双切口锁定钢板内固定术)。比较两组手术指标、术前与术后3个月踝关节Kofoed评分、踝关节功能恢复优良率及并发症发生情况。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。改良双切口组术后3个月疼痛、功能与活动度评分、踝关节功能恢复优良率均显高于传统组(P<0.05)。改良双切口组并发症总发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:改良双切口锁定钢板内固定术可提高胫骨远端骨折患者踝关节功能恢复效果,降低术后并发症发生风险。
Objective: To observe the effect of modified double-incision locking plate internal fixation on ankle function recovery and the incidence of complications in patients with distal tibial fractures. Method: The clinical data of 60 patients with distal tibial fractures admitted to Jingdezhen Fifth People’s Hospital from June 2020to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into traditional group(28 cases, traditional surgery)and modified double-incision group(32 cases, modified double-incision locking plate internal fixation) according to surgery methods. Surgical indexes, ankle Kofoed score before surgery and at 3 months after surgery, the excellent and good rate of ankle function recovery, and the incidence of complications were compared between the groups. Result: There were no significant differences in surgical time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05). Pain, function and range of motion scores, and the excellent and good rate of ankle function recovery in the modified double-incision group were higher than those in the traditional group at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the modified double-incision group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified double-incision locking plate internal fixation can improve ankle function recovery and reduce the risk of postoperative complications in patients with distal tibial fractures.
