摘要
自2007年东莞图书馆率先投入使用第一台自助图书馆后,在全国推广使用自助图书馆已走过了10年风雨历程,受到了媒体舆论的高度肯定。然而使用过程中,出现了不少问题也饱受媒体的诟病,被指利用率低、图书种类少、故障率高、造价昂贵等。媒体强大的舆论导向作用是图书馆界不可忽视的力量,处理不好极大影响图书馆的形象,应重视媒体舆论的评价,作为改进工作的压力和方向。文章探讨大力发展基于O2O商业模式下的"网上借阅、送书上门"的借阅模式,将自助图书馆作为终端的投递点和还书点,并尝试跨界合作,采用造价更优惠、体积更小、更亲民的智能快递柜作为有效补充。
Since the first self-service library was put into use in Dongguan Library, it has been already ten years to promote the use of self-service library nationwide,which has won high praise by the media opinion. However,in its use,a lot of problems also happened,such as low use ratio,not so many types of books,high failure rate,and high cost and so on,which become an object of public denunciation. Strong consensus guidance power of the media is one that can not be ignored in the field of library,for improper processing will affect significantly the image of the library. The evaluation of media opinion should be paid attention to,and it can work as the pressure and direction of improvement. This paper discusses developing the mode, "borrowing on line,home delivery service ", based on O2 O business mode, which makes the self-service library work as the terminal delivery site and returning site. And cross-border cooperation will be tried,with more favorable cost,smaller volume,more populist intelligent express cabinet as complement.
