摘要
福州市于2014年7月启动全城五区24小时自助图书馆的建设,经历了两年的发展,目前福州五区共建成50个24小时自助图书馆,极大地方便了市民借阅书籍,也将自助借阅服务推向了街头巷尾。然而,在实地调研中发现,在目前的24小时自助图书馆的使用状况依然存在一些问题,并通过思考和分析对这些不尽如人意的方面提出了改进建议。
Fuzhou City started the construction of the 24 hours self-service library in July,2014. After twoyears' development, 50 24 hours self-service libraries have been built in five districts of Fuzhou city, which isofgreat convenience forthe public to borrow and read books, and also pushes the self-borrowing and reading ser-vice to the streets and lanes.However, the author found that there were still some problems in the use of 24 hoursself-service libraries through the field research, and put forward some suggestions to improve the service of the 24 hour self-service library after thinking and analyzing those deficiencies.
