摘要
城市书房是公共图书馆服务功能的拓展,城市书房布局是具有高复杂度的决策问题,布局的优劣直接关系其文化服务功能发挥的成效。遵循城市书房选址均衡性和可达性原则,以城市为整体,以选址方案中各书房服务社区数的标准差最小为优化目标,提出了一种能够实现城市书房多点选址的改进的K-Means算法,并以区域为60 km×60 km含有350个居民社区的城市中10个城市书房选址问题为例进行实例研究,通过对KMeans算法和改进的K-Means算法所得的城市书房选址结果的对比,发现改进的K-Means算法得到的选址方案更符合均衡性和可达性要求,同时其解的鲁棒性远优于一般K-Means算法,并从统筹布局、精准服务的角度给出了城市书房的发展建议。
The urban schoolroom is an extension of public library’s service function.The layout of the urban schoolroom is a decision-making problem with higher complexity.And the quality of its layout is directly related to the effectiveness of its cultural service function.Abiding by the proportionality and accessibility principles of urban schoolroom’s site selection,taking the city as a whole,and regarding the minimized standard deviation of the number of communities served by each schoolroom in the site selection scheme as the optimization objective,this paper puts forward an improved KMeans algorithm that can realize multi-point site selection of urban schoolroom,and carries out a case study taking the problem of 10 urban schoolrooms’site selection in a city with an area of 60 km×60 km containing 350 residential communities as an example and then through comparing the results of urban schoolroom’s site selection obtained by K-Means algorithm and improved K-Means algorithm,finds that the site selection scheme obtained by the improved K-Means algorithm is more consistent with the requirements of the proportionality and accessibility,and its solution is more robust than that of the general K-Means algorithm,and finally gives out some suggestions for the development of urban schoolroom from the perspective of overall layout and precise service.
