摘要
小学教育专业实施"校外导师制",主要是由小学教育专业的特点、培养目标决定的。"校外导师制"有利于提升师范生对教师职业认同度,利于加强高校与小学教育教学工作之间的联系,也有利于师范生与校外导师的共赢。师范生在大学四年的学习中,每学期均为其配备校外导师指导他们学习,并为他们提供观摩、参与、研究教育实践的经历与体验,有助于师范生的教育实践能力和科研能力的形成。
The implementation "off-campus tutor system"in Primary School Education Major is mainly determined by the primary school education professional charaeteristics and training objectives. "Off-campus tutor system"for teachers to improve teachers professional helps to strengthen ties between university and primary school education teaching work,also is advantageous to the students and off-campus mentors' win-win. Students in the university four years of study,each semester are equipped with off- campus mentor to guide their learning,and provide them with observation,participation,education practice experience and experience,help to education practice ability of students and the formation of scientific research ability.
