摘要
为了研究球化处理对轴承钢碳化物网的影响,利用光学显微镜、电子探针等检测方法,对球化处理前后的网状碳化物级别和碳成分进行了分析。结果表明:经过球化处理后,碳化物网状变化情况分为三类,一是网状级别降低;二是网状级别未降低但网状分布减轻;三是网状级别无明显变化。碳化物网状与碳成分分布均匀性相关。在本试验条件下,当碳浓度差小于0.18%时,球化处理后网状级别和分布减轻;当碳浓度差大于0.18%时,球化处理后网状级别和分布依然严重。
In order to study the influence of spheroidizing on carbide network in bearing steel, the carbide network grade and carbon composition before and after spheroidizing were analyzed by optical microscope and electron probe. The results show that: after the spheroidizing treatment, carbide network changes are divided into three categories, one is the network level reduction; two is the network level without reduction and reducing the network distribution; three is no significant chang in the network level. Carbide network is corrected with distribution uniformity of carbon composition. Under the experimental conditions, when the carbon concentration difference is less than 0.18%, the level and distribution of the network reduce after spheroidizing treatment; when the carbon concentration difference is greater than 0.18%, the level and distribution of the network are still serious.
