摘要
高碳铬轴承钢是最常见的退火材品种,用传统的模铸坯轧制工艺和球化退火工艺来处理连铸坯,生产周期长,能源消耗大,结果也很难达到标准要求。通过轧制后控制,既使球化退火周期缩短,又降低成本。
High-carbon Cr bearing steel is a common annealed product. It takes longer production cycle and more energy consumption to process casting with conventional rolling technology and spheroidization annealing treatment and the product is hard to meet the requirement. Spheroidization annealing cycle and cost can be reduced by temperature control after rolling.
