摘要
目的:探讨乳酸依沙吖啶和氟康唑联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效。方法:选取我科门诊自2010年1月-2015年12月接诊的真菌性外耳道炎患者105例(114耳),按照随机原则分成观察组(乳酸依沙吖啶联合氟康唑治疗),对照A组(单用乳酸依沙吖啶治疗)和对照B组(单用氟康唑治疗),治疗后并随访1年,比较三组治疗效果。结果:三组的总有效率分别为:97.3%、65.8%、68.4%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸依沙吖啶联合氟康唑治疗真菌性外耳道炎,具有治愈率较高,副作用小,疗程短,费用低等优点,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of rivanol combined with fluconazole in the treatment of fimgal otitis externa.Methods：105 cases of fungal otitis externa were selected and randomly divided into the observation group,control group A and control group B. The observation group was trealed with rivanol and fluconazole; The control group A was treated with rivanol; The control group B was treated with flueonazole.With the curative effect, compared.Results：The total effective rate of the 3 groups were 97.3%,65.8%,68.4% .The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of fungal otitis externa with rivanol and fluconazole is significant.
