摘要
目的:考察室温([25±1)℃]下,氟康唑氯化钠注射液与甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent HC C18,乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(18︰82)为流动相,测定配伍液中氟康唑与甲磺酸帕珠沙星0～6 h内的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观及pH值。结果:氟康唑氯化钠注射液与甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液6 h内配伍液外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论:在室温([25±1)℃]下,氟康唑氯化钠注射液与甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液配伍后6 h内可使用。
Objective To study the stability of fluconazole sodium chloride injection and pazufloxacin mesilate injection at room temperature(25±1) ℃,in order to supply evidence of clinical rational administration.Methods The content changes of fluconazole and pazufloxacin mesilate were determined by RP-HPLC,in which the Agilent HC C18 column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(18︰82)and the changes of appearance,pH values were observed within 6 hours.Results There were no significant changes in the contents,appearance and pH values of the compatible solution at room temperature(25±1)℃ for 6 h.Conclusion The mixture of fluconazole and sodium chloride injection with pazufloxacin mesilate injection could be safely used within 6 h at room temperature[(25±1) ℃].
