摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深入和社会专业英语人才缺口的不断拉大,高校英语教师的素质和能力问题成为社会关注的热门话题。我国英语教师培养以职前系统化教育为主,高校英语教师尤其是青年英语教师的能力培养和素质提高主要集中在职前这一关键时期。因此,从职前教育视角,指出高校青年英语教师职前教育存在的一些问题,然后本着发展理念,提出了解决问题的策略。
With the ongoing deepening of higher education reform and constantly widening gap for professional English talents in our society, college English teachers＇ quality and ability has become the hot topic of social concern. The main way of cultivating English teachers in China is through the systematic pre-service education which is regarded as the critical period for college English teachers, especially young English teachers to improve their abilities and qualities. Therefore, this paper, from the perspectives ofpre-service education, points out some problems existing in the pre-service education for young English teachers and puts forward strategies to solve the problems in line with the concepts of development.
