摘要
目的分析"山东疫苗"事件网络舆情热度发展演变规律,为疫苗相关突发公共卫生事件的处置提供参考依据。方法通过百度搜索收集2016年3月13日-2016年5月17日全国范围内"山东疫苗"事件网络舆情百度指数,分析事件发生后的网络舆情状况及变化趋势。结果 "山东疫苗"事件网络舆情呈现事件发生期间的一过性走势,具有发展迅速、回落相对缓慢的特点,主要经历了发生期、调查处置期、后续反思期和休眠期,全程29天;公众和媒体关注度变化趋势基本一致,但各有侧重点,公众关注度最高的是事件调查处置期,媒体关注度最高的是事件后续反思期;网络舆情热度演变趋势与事件处置进展和关键信息发布密切关联。结论 "山东疫苗"事件公众和媒体关注度较高,关注内容有所不同;政府部门在事件处置和关键信息发布过程中扮演重要角色,及时发布权威透明客观信息有利于引导网络舆论,减少事件不良影响。
Objective To analyze the development and evolution of intcrnet public opinions about illegal vaccine sales （IVS） in Shandong province and provide references for vaccine related public health emergency response. Methods Baidu index was selected as the research tool to collect the internet public opinions about IVS in Shandong province during the time from March 13,2016 to May 17,2016 on a national scale. Results The internet public opinions about IVS in Shandong province presented a transient trend during the event,with the characteristics of rapid development and relatively slow decline. It experienced a process of the ＂occurrence period, the investigation and disposal period, the follow-up period of reflection and dormant period＂ for 29 days. The trend of public and media attention were basically the same, but each had a different focus that public focused on the investigation and disposal,media attention focused on the reflection about IVS in Shandong province. Network focus was closely associated with the emergency disposal and information release. Conclusion Public and media attention at）out IVS in Shandong province are high, but concern different content. The government departments play an important role in the process of dealing with events emergency disposal and information release. Timely release authoritative transparent objective information is conducive to guide the network public opinions and reduce adverse effects.
