摘要
借鉴国际先进经验并考虑省市间科技指标的可比性与可获取性,结合广东重点及特色科技工作指标,以国家建设创新型省份工作指引为依据,设计一套广东特色的创新型省份建设评价指标体系,并基于最新统计调查数据对广东创新型省份建设进程进行实证分析,发现存在问题,提出加速创新型省份建设的对策建议,供相关部门决策参考。
This study draws lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad.Combined with the work indicator of Guangdong, the paper designs a set of evaluation index system which can evaluate the construction process of Innovative Provinces of Guangdong. Using the latest statistical data, the paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and development in Guangdong, finds out some problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the construction of Innovative Provinces.
