摘要
目的:探讨不同根尖诱导成形术在年轻恒牙感染根管治疗中的疗效。方法:收治年轻恒牙感染患者96例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用Vitapex糊剂行根管诱导成形术,对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂行根尖诱导成形术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:年轻恒牙感染根管治疗中采用Vitapex糊剂的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of different apexification on young permanent teeth infection with root canal therapy.Methods:96 cases of young patients with permanent teeth infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Vitapex paste for apexification.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste for apexification.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Vitapex paste in young permanent teeth infection with root canal therapy was significant.
