摘要
目的:评价VDW RAYPEX 6根尖定位仪使用于根管治疗过程中在干预方面的意义。方法:对应指标内容来源于2019年9月~2020年9月本医院接受根管治疗的64例患者相关数据分析资料,构建组别时凭借随机掷骰子方式,开展组别构建后各自收入32例,对照组根管治疗中选用DPEX Ⅲ根尖定位仪,观察组根管治疗中选用VDW RAYPEX 6根尖定位仪,统计根管预备工作所用总体时长、根管充填表现适充结果占比百分数、0~1级疼痛合计占比百分数、满意对应根尖定位和根管治疗服务合计占比百分数。结果:观察组根管预备工作所用总体时长显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组根管充填表现适充结果占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组0~1级疼痛合计占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意对应根尖定位和根管治疗服务合计占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在根管治疗过程中提供VDW RAYPEX 6根尖定位仪存在良好干预方面效果。
Objective:To evaluate the significance of VDW RAYPEX 6 apex locator in the process of root canal treatment.Method:Corresponding indicator content source data analysis of 64 patients who received root canal treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.The group was constructed with random dice rolls.After group construction,32 cases were collected respectively.The DPEX Ⅲ apex locator was used in the root canal treatment of the control group,the observation group was selected for root canal therapy VDW RAYPEX 6 apical locator.Statistics of the total time used in root canal preparation,root canal filling performance,percentage of appropriate filling results,level 0~1 the total percentage of pain,the percentage of satisfaction corresponding to the apex location and the total percentage of root canal treatment services.Result:used by the observation group for root canal preparation the overall duration was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the observation group had a significantly higher percentage of root canal filling results than the control group (P<0.05);the observation group the total proportion of 0~1 grade pain was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the observation group was satisfied with the proportion of the total apex location and root canal treatment services.Control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The provision of VDW RAYPEX 6 apex locator during root canal treatment has a good intervention effect.
