渤海油田聚驱受效井液气交注复合深部解堵工艺 被引量:19

In-depth combined blockage removing technology with liquid alternating gas injection for polymer flooding response wells in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 渤海油田注聚受效井堵塞物复杂,常规解堵工艺效果差。堵塞物组分分析表明,堵塞物以有机、无机及聚合物相互包覆的复杂形式存在,为此提出先采用有机溶剂清洗有机质,再对含聚胶团堵塞物进行分散,采用逐级剥离逐级解除的解堵思路。从溶解有机物、胶团降解及氧化破胶等3方面开展不同类型解堵液溶解效果对比实验,结合堵塞机理优选解堵液体系为8%~10%甲酸+4%~6%有机溶剂解堵剂D+1%强氧化剂。渤海油田注聚受效井堵塞半径可达3 m以上,为提高解堵效果及扩大解堵半径,通过对比分析堵塞物多轮次溶解效果,配套形成了多轮次处理及液气交替注入或伴注的解堵工艺。新工艺现场试验单井日增油达60 m3/d,应用效果显著,为解决聚驱受效井产能释放难题提供了新的思路,具有较好的现场推广价值。 The blockage in polymer flooding response wells in Bohai Oilfield is complicated, so the conventional blockage removing technologies don’t work well. In this paper, the compositions of blockage were analyzed. It is shown that the blockage is existed in the complex form with organic matters, inorganic matters and polymer coating with each other. Therefore, it was proposed to adopt the concept of blockage stripping and removing step by step, i.e., cleaning the organic matters using organic solvent firstly and then dispersing the micelle bearing blockage. Contrast experiments were carried out on the blockage removing results of various blockage removers from three aspects, i.e., organic matter dissolution, micelle degradation and gel oxidizing and breaking. The blockage remover system selected according to the blockage removing mechanism is composed of 8%-10% methanoic acid + 4%-6% organic blockage remover D+1% strong oxidizer. The block radius of polymer flooding response wells in Bohai Oilfield is over 3 m. To improve the blockage removing effects and expand blockage removing radius, polycyclic blockage dissolution effects were compared and analyzed. And consequently, the blockage removing technology of polycyclic treatment and liquid alternating gas injection or accompanied injection was developed. This new technology was tested on site, and its application effect is remarkable with single-well daily oil increment of 60 m3/d. It provides the new idea for solving the productivity difficulty of polymer flooding response well. And it is worth popularizing in field.
