摘要
聚合物驱是一种常用的三次采油技术。随着聚合物溶液的注入,聚合物固体颗粒将沉积在孔隙中或近井地带,这些聚合物堵塞物将会引起注入井压力的显著增加,最终会阻止聚合物溶液的继续注入。为了解决聚合物堵塞的问题,根据江苏油田Z35断块先导试验区油藏特点,在室内研制了SYJ-1型解堵剂,并进行了该解堵剂的性能评价研究。研究结果表明:1)在温度78℃条件下,0.3%的解堵剂溶液可使聚丙烯酰胺在2h后粘度由2449mPa.s下降到2.5mPa.s,降解率为99%;2)在30℃条件下,采用0.3%的解堵剂溶液对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)杀菌,接触时间为30min,杀菌率为99.99%;3)经过该解堵剂溶液处理后,渗透率大于172×10-3μm2岩心的渗透率可以恢复96%,渗透率越低解堵效果越差。
Polymer flooding is one of enhanced oil recovery processes (EOR). One of important problems, which are faced with,is polymer plug,which occurred around well boreholes, to induce the pressure of the injection wells markedly increase and eventually become so severe as to prevent further flooding operations. In order to solve the problem, combining with reservoir characteristics of Z35 fault block in Jiangsu Oilfield,we developed a new kind of composite polymer plug remover, SYJ - 1, in Lab. Lab experimental results show that after adding 0.3wt% SYJ - 1 to 5 000 mg/L polymer solution, the viscosity of the solution can be decreased from 2 449mPa. s to 2.5mPa. s by 99% in 2 hours under temperature 78℃. When the SYJ - 1 dosage concentration was 0.3wt% and the operation time was 30 rain under temperature 30℃ ,the steri- lization efficiency reached 99.99%. Results of core experiments showed that permeability of polymer plugging cores ( permeability 〉 172×10^-3μm^2) can be restored by 96% through using SYJ - 1, and lower permeability of cores was, harder the cores was restored.
