摘要
当前,思政课教学仍然沿袭了传统粗放型教学模式,单纯依赖教学资源投入来保障教学效果。但由于思政课教学供需矛盾的存在,反而致使大量思政资源出现闲置浪费和低效利用的问题。这些问题的制度根源在于高校教育管理的过度行政化。为解决这一矛盾,推进思政课教学的整体性建设,建议从高校管理制度着手打造创新型思政资源供应链,确立以需求为导向的服务型思政教学管理部门,建立以整体治理为特征的思政资源共享系统,打造多元社会主体参与的思政教学供给系统。
At present, the teaching of ideological and political theory still follows the traditional mode, or rather, re- lying solely on the investment of teaching resources to guarantee the teaching effect. However, the contradiction between supply and demand arising in the teaching of ideological and political theory causes a waste and the inefficient use of educa- tion resources that results from the excessive governance in university management. To deal with the situation, and to real- ize the integrity of the teaching, the universities need to establish an innovative supply chain of educational resources, the service-oriented education management, a sharing system of education resource based on holistic governance, and a supply system for the teaching with the participation of multiple social main bodies.
