摘要
《酶工程》为生物工程专业的特色骨干课程,其教学效果对于学生专业水平和综合素质培养具有重要影响,结合本课程特色,本团队探讨以专题式教学的模式进行教学改革。本文从课程教学内容的专题式划分、专题式教学方式的探讨和专题式教学效果的反馈三个角度对教学改革过程进行了探讨,相关内容为生物工程专业课程的教学改革提供了参考。
As a characteristic backbone curriculum for the major of bio-engineering, the teaching efficiency of Enzyme Engineering curriculum has important effect on the cultivation of professional quality and comprehensive capability of students studying bio-engineering. So it is very important to discuss the educational reform of this course based on the course features. In this paper, monographic teaching method was employed for educational reform from three points: the division of teaching content, exploring of teaching way and evaluation of teaching effects based on monographic teaching. This research can supply a basic reference for teaching reform of specialized courses for bio-engineering major.
