摘要
本文以所从事的生物技术专业酶工程课程教学以及相关实践和应用为出发点,分析阐述了传统酶工程课程教学中存在的一些问题,从改革教学内容、强化实验教学以及健全考核标准等方面,介绍了在高校转型发展的新形势下,地方本科院校酶工程课程教学改革的一些做法,以期提高学生的专业技能,为相关教学工作的开展提供一定的参考。
In this paper,we analyzed and discussed some problems existing in the traditional teaching of enzyme engineering,which based on the teaching of courses,related practices and applications of biotechnology. Under the new situation of the transformation and development of colleges and universities,some practice of the teaching reform of enzyme engineering in local undergraduate colleges are introduced in present work such as the teaching contents and the improvement of the assessment standards and so on. After those practices of reform,the measures can improve the students＇ professional skills and provide a reference for relevant teaching work.
