摘要
随着医学检验技术的快速发展,现代医学检验表现为仪器智能化、操作自动化和管理规范化的特征,原来的人才培养模式在硬件和软件上都很难适应人才培养的要求。近年来,我校在充分调研和论证的基础上,调整医学检验技术专业人才培方案,突出应用型技术型大学的特质,走出了一条以"校企合作"为特色的医学检验技术专业的办学之路。
with the rapid development in medical inspection, and the advent of smart devices, automation and standard procedures, the ex- isting programs can＇ t meet the rigorous demands of health care. In recent years, our school revamped the program on the basis of research and deliberation. The new program has practical skills at its heart, and tap into industry and school coloration.
