摘要
在我国经济社会发展的影响下,企业人力资源管理的重要性也日益突出,一方面可以激发企业员工的主动性,另一方面能够提升企业发展水平,强化企业自身的持续性发展力。然而,大部分中小企业却将发展重心放在了项目经营上,忽视人力资源管理的作用。因此,针对中小企业的人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相对应的解决措施。
In China, under the economic and social development's the influence, the importance of enterprise human resources management has become increasingly prominent, one can stimulate the initiative of employees, on the other hand can enhance the level of enterprise development, strengthen the sustainable development capacity of the enterprise. However, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises will focus on the development of the operation of the project, ignoring the role of human resource management, therefore, the existence of the human resource management in small and medium enterprises, analyzes the problems, and put forward the relative measures.
