摘要
笔者通过对信息素质教育的概念阐述以及指出当今时代对医务人员指出的知识与素质要求,具体表现了医院图书馆信息素质教育及提升的重要性,并提出了提升医院图书馆自身建设的对策。
The author elaborates the importance of information literacy education and promotion in hospital library, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of hospital library itself by elaborating the concept of infor- mation literacy education and pointing out the knowledge and quality requirements pointed out by the medical staff in the present age.
