摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗首发抑郁症及其对白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择50例我院住院治疗的新发抑郁症患者为观察组,分别在治疗前、治疗后1周、4周、6周后抽血检测IL-1、IL-6和hs-CRP,并进行汉密尔顿抑郁分级量表(HAMD)评分。选择50例同期健康体检职工的血清作为对照组测定IL-1、IL-6和hs-CRP。结果观察组IL-1、IL-6和hs-CRP均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的IL-1、IL-6和hs-CRP在帕罗西汀治疗1、4、6周后均明显降低,HAMD评分也降低(均P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀治疗首发抑郁症的疗效可能与IL-1、IL-6和hs-CRP变化有关。
Objective To explore paroxetine treatment the first-episode depression and its effect of serum IL-1, IL-6 and c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels. Methods 50 cases of first-episode depression patients were selected in our hospital as observation group. The IL-1 ,IL-6 and hs-CRP were detected before and after paroxetine treatment 1 week, 4 weeks, 6 Weeks, and the Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) scores also was assessment. At the corresponding time period, the IL-1, IL-6 and hs-CRP of 50 cases of health examination were detected as the control group. Results The IL-I,IL-6 and hs-CRP in observation group were higher than that of control group ( all P 〈 0.05). After paroxetine treatment the IL-1 ,IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased in observation group ( all P 〈 0.05) , and HAMD scores also was obviously decreased (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of paroxetine in the treatment of first-episode depression might be associated with change of IL-1, IL-6 and hs-CRP.
