摘要
目的分析百合甘麦汤加味治疗抑郁症疗效及对患者神经功能和认知功能的影响。方法选取2016年12月-2018年10月收治的60例抑郁症患者的临床资料进行分析,分为两组。对照组采用米氮平片治疗,观察组采用百合甘麦汤加味治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前中医证候评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后精神抑郁、胸闷心烦、不思饮食、失眠多梦评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、皮质醇(Cor)、S100β蛋白、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后BDNF水平高于对照组,Cor、S100β蛋白、MBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前抑郁自评量表(SDS)、神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后SDS、NIHSS评分低于对照组,WMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百合甘麦汤加味治疗抑郁症可缓解患者临床症状,改善神经功能及认知功能。
Objective To analyze the effects of Baihe Ganmai decoction on neurological and cognitive functions in patients with depression. Methods Sixty patients with depression admitted to hospital from December 2016 to October 2018 was selected for analysis and were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Mirtazapine Tablets and the observation group was treated with Baihe Ganmai decoction, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after treatment. Results The comparison of TCM syndrome evaluation between the two groups before treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group’s depression, chest distress, upset, no appetite, insomnia and multiple dreams were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The comparisons of the levels of BDNF, cortisol and Cor S100 protein myelin basic egg white(MBP) between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of BDNF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of Cor S100 protein MBP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the SDS and NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the WMS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Baihe Ganmai decoction in the treatment of depression can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve neurological and cognitive functions.
