摘要
谵妄常发生于老年患者中,会导致许多不良预后和结局,因此需要加强管理。本文从老年谵妄的定义、临床表现和病因等特点出发,对国外老年谵妄的评估、预防和处理的护理管理现状进行了综述,以期为我国老年谵妄护理提供借鉴与参考。
Delirium is common in elderly patients which could result in poor prognosis and clinical consequences. This article illustrates the definition, clinical manifestations and causes of delirium in elderly people, and reviews the literatures related to the delirium assessment, prevention and intervention. It is expected to provide guidance to the nursing management of delirium in elderly people in China.
