摘要
目的探讨胃肠道手术患者急性术后精神障碍的原因和相关护理措施。方法回顾性分析180例胃肠道手术患者的临床资料,总结术后急性精神障碍的发病原因及护理对策。结果本组患者发生术后急性精神障碍21例(11.6%)。症状轻微者采取心理干预,予约束性保护,合理控制疼痛;重症者予以抗精神类药物治疗。所有患者经治疗后均顺利康复。结论患者的年龄、手术级别、饮食、睡眠等因素与急性术后精神障碍的发生密切相关。术前合理的风险评测及心理沟通,术后积极实施综合护理干预是预防胃肠道术后急性精神障碍的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the cause of postoperative acute mental disorders in pa- tients with gastrointestinal surgery and related nursing measures. Methods Clinical data of 180 pa- tients with gastrointestinal operation were reviewed. Causes of postoperative acute mental disorders and related nursing strategies were summarized. Results There were 21 patients ( 11.6% ) with acute mental disorders after gastrointestinal surgery. Psychological intervention, restricting measure and pain control were applied to those with mild symptoms and antipsychotics were administrated to those with severe symptoms. All the patients were recovered after treatment. Conclusion The related factors of postoperative acute mental disorders may include the age, type of surgery, diet and sleeping quality. The preoperative risk evaluation, mental communication and postoperative comprehensive nursing are key measures to prevent acute mental disorders in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
