摘要
目的探讨台山市中学生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为科学开展中学生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行设计的家庭成员一般状况调查表,整群抽取台山市1 250名中学生进行问卷调查。结果参与问卷调查的1 250例中学生中,出现心理问题532例,检出率为42.56%。单因素分析发现,台山市中学生心理健康阳性与家庭人口数量、家庭类型、父母关系、家庭教育方式、家庭收入、父母文化程度有关,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,影响中学生心理问题发病因素按照危险程度排列依次为父母文化程度为高中以下、家庭类型为单亲或重组、家庭收入为贫困、父母关系为吵架或离婚、家庭教育方式为打骂或责令式、家庭人口数量≥6(OR分别为9.973,9.682,8.902,8.776,6.875,1.632,P值均小于0.05)。结论台山市中学生心理健康现状不容乐观,需要全社会关注,尤其应该重视家庭因素对于中学生心理健康的影响。
Objective To investigate the mental health status and its influencing factors of middle school students in Taishan City,and provide theoretical basis for scientific development of mental health education of middle school students.Methods A questionnaire was conducted among the cluster sampling of 1 250 middle school students in Taishan by using the symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) and the self-designed general condition questionnaire of family members.Results Among the 1 250 middle school students who participated in the survey,532 students had psychological problems,and the detection rate was 42.56%.Single factor analysis showed that positive mental health of middle school students in Taishan was correlated with family size,family type,parental relationship,family education pattern,family income and parents&#39; literacy level, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Multi-factor analysis results showed that according to the danger level,influencing factors of psychological problems of middle school students were arranged as parents&#39; literacy level below high school,single parent or restructuring family,low family income,quarreling or divorced parents,abusing or scolding family education pattern and family size ≥ 6 members (OR were 9.973,9.682,8.902,8.776,6.875,1.632 respectively,and (P〈0.05).Conclusion Mental health status of middle school students in Taishan city is not promising,which needs the concern of the whole society.Particular attention should be drawn to the influence of family factors on the mental health of middle school students.
