摘要
采用液质联用技术直接进样法,建立了对不同水体中丙烯酰胺的分析方法。样品经0.22μm聚偏氟乙烯滤头过滤后,经Waters HSS T3色谱柱分离,采用MS/MS多反应检测模式(MRM)进行分析。采用外标法定量,丙烯酰胺在0.10~10.0μg/L范围内,所得回归方程的相关系数(r)为0.9998;方法的检出限和测定下限分别为0.02μg/L和0.08μg/L;实际水样在高、中、低3个添加水平下的回收率为96.0-105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%。该方法灵敏、准确、检测范围广,分析速度快,不需要衍生化等前处理步骤,适用于各种水体中丙烯酰胺的检测。
Adopt the direct injection method of LC-MS technology to buiM methods for the analyzing acrylamide in different water bodies. After the filter head filtration of 0.22Hm polyvinylidene fluoride and Waters HSS T3 Chromatogram Column Separation for the samples, adopt the MS/MS multiple reaction detection model(MRM) to take analysis. Adopt the external standard method to get the ration and in the range of 0.10-10.0μg/L, the acrylamide has got the correlation coefficient(r) of the regression equation 0.9998. Besides, the detection limit and determined limit respectively is 0. 02μg/L and 0.08μg/L. The recovery rate of the practieal water samples in the three adding levels of high, medium and low is 96. 0-105% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is below 6%. This method has the features of being sensitive and accurate, having a wide detection range and fast analysis speed, besides, it does not need the pre-processing steps, like derivatization etc. and it is suitable for the detection of acrylamide in various water bodies.
