摘要
融合教育背景下,学前教育专业大学生融合教育素养的培养面临着市场需求不足、培养目标不明确、制度不健全、资源匮乏等困境。可以通过树立融合教育理念、明确融合教育素养培养目标及其素质结构、改革学前教育专业课程设置和课程内容、完善教师资格制度、改革教师资格考试内容、多学科多部门合作整合资源等途径来促进学前教育专业学生融合教育素养的培养。
Under the background of inclusive education , the cultivation of preschool majors' inclusive educational literacy in higher normal colleges faces trouble, such as the insufficiency of the market demand, the indistinct training target, the imperfect system, and the lack of resources etc. There are many ways to cultivate the preschool majors' inclusive educational literacy : setting up the inclusive educational idea, clearing the objectives and quality structure of inclusive education, reforming the curriculum reform and the course content of preschool education, improving the teachers' qualification system, reforming the teachers' qualification exam content and integrating muhidisciplinary and multi-sectoralresources.
