摘要
近年来,道路交通安全事故频发,状况日趋恶化,针对此现状提出模糊综合评价方法,对道路平面、纵断面、横断面、路面状况以及交通工程设施等影响交通安全的道路因素进行定性及定量的分析,利用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,用模糊评价法建立基于道路因素的交通安全评价体系,并利用该体系对实例进行分析。
In recent years, the traffic safety situation continued to deteriorate. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward. This paper made qualitative and quantitative researches on? road factors in traffic safety such as road plane, vertical section, cross section, road conditions and traffic engineering facilities. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each factor,and traffic safety evaluation system was buih based on road factors by the method of fuzzy evaluation, and an analysis of an example was made in this evaluation system.
