摘要
图书馆隐性知识转移是图书馆进行管理的重要模块,而SQA作为新生的社交网络交互技术与之结合具有重要研究意义。文章首先分析了图书馆隐性知识转移和SQA之间的内在关联,以知识互联为起点,分析图书馆隐性知识转移的数字化需要,以社交问答体系作为渠道,将知识转移作为共同创建目标,分析SQA对图书馆隐性知识转移的贡献,构建在社交问答机制下知识导入过程和图书馆隐性知识转移方案,并给出SQA模式下的图书馆隐性知识转移方案。
Library tacit knowledge transfer is an important module of library management, and SQA as a new interactive technology of social network has important research significance. This paper first analyzes the relationship between library tacit knowledge transfer and SQA, with knowledge of Internet as a starting point, analysis of the digital library needs the tacit knowledge transfer, the social question and answer system as a channel to transfer knowledge as to create goals, SQA analysis of library tacit knowledge transfer contribution, construct mechanism and process of knowledge quiz library tacit knowledge transfer in social programs, and gives the SQA mode of Hbrary tacit knowledge transfer plan.
