摘要
以图书馆隐性知识共享的主客观影响因素为基础,构建图书馆隐性知识共享的实现模式。其中内部隐性知识共享模式包括馆员、部门和图书馆三者间的知识导入、知识溢出和知识交流,外部隐性知识共享模式包括各图书馆之间的知识导入、知识溢出和知识交流。
Based on analyzing the subjective and objective factors which affect sharing the library tacit knowledge, we set up the mode of sharing library tacit knowledge. The inner sharing tacit knowledge mode concludes the knowledge leading-in, knowledge over- flow and knowledge communication among the librarians, branch and the library. The external sharing tacit knowledge mode concludes the knowledge leading-in, knowledge overflow and knowledge communication between different libraries.
