摘要
应用泡沫法对纯棉针织物进行双面异功能整理,讨论了工艺参数对拒水拒油和抗紫外线整理效果的影响,优化了棉织物双面异功能整理的工艺条件。棉织物单面拒水拒油整理的优化工艺条件为:拒水拒油整理剂Repellent SMS 150g/L,发泡剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)3 g/L,稳定剂(羧甲基纤维素钠与海藻酸钠复配比1:1)2 g/L,发泡比3.5,涂覆厚度1 mm,140℃焙烘5 min。棉织物单面抗紫外整理的优化工艺条件为:抗紫外线整理剂Rayosan C 100g/L,发泡剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)3 g/L,稳定剂(羧甲基纤维素钠与海藻酸钠复配比1:1)2 g/L,发泡比3.5,涂覆厚度1.5mm,140℃焙烘5min。整理织物的拒水等级7级,拒油等级6级,UPF值50+。
Foam coating technology is used to cotton knitted fabric to obtain different function between face and back. The influences of process parameters on the water- and oil-repellency and anti-ultraviolet are explored. The optimal water- and oil- repellent process conditions of one-side fabric are: water- and oil- Repellent SMS 150 g/L, foaming agent sodium dodecyl sulfate 3 g/L, stabilizer (a compound with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate at 1:l ratio) 2 g/L, foaming ratio 3.5, coating thickness I mm, baking at 140℃ for 5 min. Anti-ultraviolet finishing process optimal conditions of one-side cotton fabric are: anti-ultraviolet finishing agent Rayosan C 100 g/L, foaming agent sodium dodecyl sulfate 3 g/L, stabilizer (a compound with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate at 1: 1 ratio) 2 g/L, foaming ratio 3.5, coating thickness 1.5 mm, baking at 140℃ for 5 min. The finished fabric has good property with water repellency Grade 7, oil repellency Grade 6, and UPF value 50+.
