摘要
采用泡沫整理技术对工业用丙纶机织过滤布进行拒水拒油整理,筛选了发泡剂和稳泡剂,并采用正交试验优化整理工艺。优化的拒水拒油泡沫整理工艺为:含氟拒水拒油整理剂TF-4105用量50%,发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠SDS用量8%,稳泡剂羟甲基纤维素钠CMC用量4%,黏合剂PA用量5%,整理后过滤布对水的接触角达到104.34°,对油的接触角达到105.83°。
Water- and oil- repellent foam finishing is carried out to industrial polypropylene woven filter cloth. The foaming agent and foam stabilizer are selected, and the finishing process is optimized by orthogonal experiments. The optimum finishing process is as follows: water- and oil- repellent fluorinated agent TF-4105 50%, foaming agent sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS 8%, foam stabilizer hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium CMC 5% and adhesive PA 5%. The finished filter cloth has contact angle up to 104.34° and 105.83°to water and oil respectively. This new finishing method can impart filter cloth satisfactory water- and oilrepellent property without negative influence on the strength and air permeability, and features energy saving, emission reduction and environmental friendly.
