摘要
采用含氟拒水拒油整理剂FK-510,通过正交试验对亚麻织物进行拒水拒油整理,优选出亚麻织物拒水拒油整理的工艺条件:FK-510用量为60 g/L;氯化镁用量为6 g/L;预烘温度90℃,时间5 min;焙烘温度160℃,时间1 min.整理后织物的拒水拒油性能优良,且对织物强力、透气性无明显影响.
Water-repellefit and oil-repellent agent FK-510 were used to finishing pure flax fabric. The optimal finishing process for linen cloth were FK-510 dosage 60 g/L, MgCl2 dosage 6 g/L, pre-drying temperature and time 90℃ ×5 min, cure temperature and time, 160℃× 1 min. The finished flax fabric showed superior water-repellent and oil-repellent properties with unobvious change of the air permeability. The strength of the finished fabric was educed.
