纯棉篷盖布涂料染色拒水拒油阻燃复合涂层 被引量:8

摘要 采用同浴涂层法对纯棉篷盖布进行涂料染色、拒水拒油整理、阻燃整理等复合功能加工,讨论了涂层配方和涂层量等对复合功能涂层效果的影响。并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(XPS)、热分析(TG)等表征了纤维表面形态、表面元素以及热性能。结果表明,经过同浴复合功能涂层后,篷盖布拒水拒油效果达到4级以上,耐水压可达18.0 kPa以上,阻燃效果可达B1级,涂料染色湿摩擦牢度达到4级;纤维上氟和磷的含量明显增加,复合功能涂层后,同样存在3个裂解阶段,但各阶段裂解温度明显降低,且主要裂解阶段更为明显,残渣量明显提高。 One-bath pigment dyeing water- and oil-repellent-flame retardant finish of pure cotton canvas was carried out, and the influences of the coating formula and coating volume, etc. on muhifunctions of the one-bath dyed and finished cotton canvas were studied. The morphology, surface elements and thermal properties of the fibers were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray energy spectrum analysis (XPS) and thermoanalysis (TG). The results indicated that the one-bath dyed and finished cotton canvas had water- and oil-repellent rating of 4, water-pressure resistance up to 180 kPa, flame retardant rating of B1, and wet rubbing color fastness rating of 4, with significant increase of fluoride and phosphorus content on the surface of the fibers. There are also three cracking stages after muhifunctional coating, but each stage of the temperature is decreased obviously, especially in the main stage; and the residue quantity is obviously improved.
