摘要
粗纱支的涤纶长丝面料因具有高强、耐磨、防撕裂强、色牢度好等特点，结合涂层整理工艺使面料具有耐气候和防水性能，以用于武警部队挎包、背囊、前运袋、留守袋等包材。分析了涤纶长丝涂层面料的印染工艺流程，指出可采用二次预定形、二次轧光、三次涂层工艺，以保证涂层效果。涂层整理具体工艺条件为：底涂温度100～120℃，中涂温度130～140℃，面涂温度150—165℃,需要选择耐老化和低温涂层胶。
Due to the characteristics of low denier polyester filament such as high strength, high wear and high tear resistance, good color fastness, and favorable weather and water resistance by coating fin- ish, the coated fabric is widely used for bag, backpack, front bag, left-behind bag and other packaging materials for the armed forces. The dyeing and finishing process is analyzed in detail, including twice presetting, twice calendaring and triple coating, at the temperature of bottom coating 100N120 ℃, inter coating 130--140 ℃, top coating 150-165 ℃. The coating paste should be resistant to aging and low tem- perature.
