摘要
罗颂平教授辨证诊治体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)前患者经验丰富,通过长期临床观察与思考,认为IVF-ET前患者病情复杂,以脾肾亏虚为本,兼杂肝郁不舒、湿热瘀互结。在治疗上首重脾肾,通过阴平阳秘之法调节"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴",配合辨证论治共同推动生殖轴正常运行达调经助孕之功。她用药轻灵,擅长运用岭南草药。此外,注重与病患的充分沟通,心身同治,从而提高了IVF-ET患者的妊娠成功率。
Prof. LUO Songping has a rich experience in the area of treating patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. During long-term clinical experiences, she thinks that the disease is mainly due to spleen and kidney deficiency, associating with liver stagnation and internal accumulation of dampness, heat, blood stasis. In treatment, Prof. LUO focuses on tonifying spleen and kidney by regulating ＂Kidney - Tiangui - Chongren-the Uterus Axis＂, making ＂Yin＂ and ＂Yang＂ in a relative equilibrium. Meanwhile, she emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment and specializes in using Linnan drug-herb, which pushes reproduction axis to operate altogether. Furthermore, LUO pays attention to communicate with the patients, as well as the psychosomatic mutual aid treatment of the patients, in order to improve the successful rate of pregnancy.
