摘要
目的观察中医药辅助治疗体外受精—胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo trans-fer,IVF-ET)术后患者的疗效及其体会。方法将77例IVF-ET术后的患者,按中医辨证法分为脾肾阳虚型及肝肾阴虚型进行治疗,并统计其妊娠率和分娩率,观察年龄及次数等因素对结局的影响。结果妊娠39例,妊娠率50.65%,分娩30例,分娩率38.96%,与单纯西药组比较,IVF-ET术后辅助中医药治疗能明显提高妊娠率(P<0.01)。成功妊娠患者平均年龄为(32.33±4.09)岁,IVF-ET失败患者平均年龄为(35.02±3.49)岁,两者年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中药组患者在各年龄组妊娠率均高于单纯西药组,35岁以下的中药组,较之于单纯西药组,妊娠率明显提高(P<0.05),而35岁以后的中药组妊娠率虽较西药组有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IVF-ET次数对IVF-ET结局的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IVF-ET术后患者辅助中医药治疗可收到较好的疗效,年龄是影响IVF-ET成功与否的重要因素。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（ IVF - ET） and have a discussion on it. Methods 77 cases of IVF - ET were treated in terms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency pattern/syndrome and liver and kidney yin de- ficiency pattern/syndrome of Chinese medicine differentiation. The pregnancy rate and parturition rate were analyzed statistically. The impacts on the outcomes were observed in light of the factors such as age and IVF - ET frequency. Results There were 39 cases of pregnancy, accounting for 50.65 % and 30 cases of partu- rition, accounting for 38.96%. Compared with the simple western medicine group, the adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine after IVF- ET remarkably improved the pregnancy rate（P 〈 0.01 ）. The mean age of the patients with successful pregnancy was （ 32.33 ± 4.09 ） years and that with failed IVF - ET was （ 35.02 ± 3.49） years, presenting the statistical significant in comparison （P 〈 0.01 ）. The pregnancy rate in each age group for the patients in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the simple western medicine group. The pregnancy rate for the patients younger than 35 years old in the Chinese medicine group was re- markably higher than that in the simple western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The pregnancy rate for the pa- tients older than 35 years old in the Chinese medicine group was improved as compared with that in the west- ern medicine group, but the difference was not significant statistically （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The impact of IVF - ET frequency on IVF - ET outcomes did not present statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The adju- vant therapy of Chinese medicine after IVF - ET achieves the good efficacy. The age of patient is the key fac- tor for the success of IVF - ET.
