摘要
目的对恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者临床疗效进行分析。方法方便收集广东省兴宁市人民医院感染性疾病科2015年3月—2016年7月慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者50例随机分两组,每组25例。阿德福韦酯组采用阿德福韦酯进行治疗,恩替卡韦组采用恩替卡韦治疗。比较两组患者慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染治疗总有效率;用药后不良反应发生率、HBe Ag转阴率;治疗前和治疗后患者HBe Ag效价水平、HBV-DNA水平、ALT水平的差异。结果恩替卡韦组患者慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染治疗总有效率96.00%高于阿德福韦酯组76.00%(P<0.05);恩替卡韦组用药后不良反应发生率8.00%低于阿德福韦酯组28.00%、HBe Ag转阴率96.00%高于阿德福韦酯组76.00%(P<0.05);治疗前两组HBe Ag效价水平、HBV-DNA水平、ALT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后恩替卡韦组HBe Ag效价水平、HBV-DNA水平、ALT水平改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染患者临床疗效确切,可有效对肝炎病毒复制以及繁殖进行抑制,降低血清转氨酶水平,长期用药不良反应,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection were randomly divided into two groups(n=25) in the Department of Infectious Diseases in Xingning People's Hospital of Guangdong Province,from march 2015 to Tuly 2016.Adefovir dipivoxil was treated with adefovir dipivoxil,and entecavir was treated with entecavir.The HBe Ag level of HBe Ag,the level of HBe Ag,the level of HBV-DNA and the level of ALT were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of chronic hepatitis B virus infection in patients with entecavir was 96.00% higher than that in adefovir dipivoxil group 76.00%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in entecavir group was 8.00% lower than that in adefovir dipivoxil group 28.00%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HBe Ag titer,HBV-DNA level and ALT level between the two groups before treatment(96.00% vs 76.00%)(P>0.05).The level of HBe Ag was significantly higher than that of adefovir dipivoxil group(P>0.05).The level of HBe Ag,the level of HBV-DNA and the level of ALT were significantly higher in the enantivacaine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection is effective,it can effectively inhibit the replication and reproduction of hepatitis virus,reduce the level of serum transaminase,long-term use of side effects,high safety,worthy of promotion.
