抗生素在新生儿感染性肺炎治疗中的应用及时间效应临床分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨分析抗生素在新生儿感染性肺炎治疗中的应用及时间效应。方法:选取本院2015年3月-2016年9月期间接收的100例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿作为研究病例,收集整理患者临床资料,分析在新生儿感染性肺炎治疗中抗生素的应用情况。结果:临床治疗新生儿感染性肺炎时,常用的抗生素药物类型有青霉素、美洛西林、哌拉西林他唑巴坦、头孢呋辛钠、头孢曲松钠、头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠等。伴有并发症的患儿和未伴有并发症的患儿在单用、联合应用抗生素药物治疗的治愈时间上比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在新生儿感染性肺炎患儿的临床治疗中使用抗生素的时候,需结合患儿自身病情以及致病菌检测结果,以此制定合理的治疗方案,以单一应用青霉素类-β内酰胺酶抑制剂复合药物形式进行治疗可获得较为显著的效果,故临床实践的时候可尽量减少多种抗生素药物的联合应用,不可盲目使用广谱抗生素,有效控制细菌耐药性,以确保治疗效果。 Objective: To investigate the application and time effect of antibiotics in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Method: In our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016, 100 cases with neonatal infectious pneumoilia were received as study objects, and the clinical data of patients were collected to analyse the application of antibiotics in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Result: Through statistical analysis, the clinical type of common antibiotics in the treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia included Penicillin, Mezlocillin, Piperacillin Tazobactam, Cefuroxime Sodium, Ceftriaxone Sodium and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium.Theres were no statistical significance in curative time of one antibiotic or a combination of several antibiotic drugs for patients with or without complications ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion: In clinical treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia, antibiotics drugs should be combined with the condition of pathogenic bacteria and the test results, in order to develop a reasonable treatment plan.Penicillin- β lactamase inhibitor compound drugs can obtain obvious effect, so combined application of various antibiotics should be reduced in the clinical practice, it is needed not to blind use broad-spectrum antibiotics, to effective control bacterial resistance, in order to ensure the treatment effect.
